All in all so far as a customer of just a month so far I couldn’t be more happier. So I can always take or recorrd my shows if I forget. I can watch my recorded shows while I wait at my Drs office instead of reading the provided 10 year old magazines if I’ve forgotten my book. Twonky uverse license#
My plan was to verify if it works properly, and eventually pay the license.Īfter that, whe reopening after some hours the :9000 url to access Twonky configuration, I noticed that all the info about my account and the license (trial, etc) were disappeared, and the version of Twonky that you can read under Settings/State page, was 8. I installed it fine, and it asked me to crate an account for a 30-day trial. So I searched some ways to come back to Twonky somehow (I would also be willing to pay 20 € for the license, if it works fine) and found the QPKG of Twonky 8.5.1 (ARM X19) here
Twonky uverse update#
I used to use Twonky, but after 4.3.3 update of QTS it was substituted by the QNAP Media Manager, which unfortunately does not seem to work at all with my Samsung Smart TV. I have a QNAP TS-112 with single drive, a pretty old NAS, but enough for my needs.
Sorry for opening a new thread on Twonky, but it just happened to me a quite strange thing and couldn't find an explanation on that.
